NEW UPDATES INCLUDE: New interior and exterior paint and texturing, sheetrock, interior and exterior doors throughout the home. New roof and soffit/fasica. Plumbing and electrical has been updated. Brand new kitchen cabinets and all new appliances including washer and dryer and dishwasher. New utility room with HWH. Renovated the addition with new sliding glass doors. Base molding, window treatments, and light fixtures were replaced throughout. Completely new bathroom. Several windows were replaced and new flooring added.

We found this dwelling perched in a calm neighborhood in the seaside town of Ruskin. The property encompassed an oversized lot as well as an agreeable layout. However, the home was in dire need of updating.

The inside required plumbing and electrical work before we could begin the cosmetic updates. Once complete, we gave the home a facelift adding a completely new kitchen and bath. We replaced several older windows and provided new window treatments as well as light fixtures.

At some point an addition had been added to the home. We were able to refresh the space while also brightening the home by installing new sliding glass doors leading to the spacious lawn. Other exterior updates include new stucco and decorative coined corners, a new roof, and of course new entirely new soffit and fascia. The new owner will have no leakage worries during Hurricane Season!
